For me to do my best work, my clients are open to discussing their past, present, and future to help create every detail of your event unique.

Day-of coordination
Two 1-hour planning meetings before the wedding to create the day-of timeline and finalize all details, usually in conjunction with a venue walkthrough.
We serve as point of contact for all vendors on the day of the wedding.
One hour of rehearsal time to go over the ceremony processions and walk through venue if needed.
Manage all aspects of the event day (maximum of 12 hours). Includes setup and tear down of personal decor and readying of rental items for return/pick up if necessary.
Tips, tricks, and ideas through conversation to ensure you are meeting all your goals and deadlines.
Weddings with more than 50 guests will include assistants accordingly at the discretion of the coordinator.
Assistants are used for weddings with extensive setup or those without a full-service caterer.
Assistants will be finalized a month before the wedding.
Weddings with less than 50 people do not include an assistant coordinator.

Assistant coordinators are $200 per person. Additional coordinators are required for weddings with more than 100 guests.
Travel: $2.50 per mile. 30-mile radius service area from Hillsboro. Locations outside of the radius require a travel charge of $2.50 per mile, per trip.
Overnight Accommodations: $250. Any venue with a 1.5-hour drive from Hillsboro is subject to an overnight accommodation charge at the coordinator’s discretion.

Monthly video meetings and four in-person meetings: two venue walk throughs, one vendor meeting, and one final planning meeting
Budget creation and maintenance, timeline guidelines, and customized to-do list
Customized vendor recommendations that fit your style and budget
Design and styling planning to create a cohesive feel
Final venue walkthrough and details meeting to set the day-of timeline and venue layout
We serve as point of contact for all vendors on your wedding day and will be active in vendor communication throughout the planning process
One hour of rehearsal time to go over the ceremony processions
Includes an assistant coordinator on your wedding day from 7 a.m. – 12 a.m.

This is for the couples who want to sit back and relax. We will take care of your entire experience. Your only job will be to let us know your vision, finalize vendor selection, and sign the contracts.
This package includes everything in the partial planning package above along with unlimited meetings. We will handle all vendor communication and help with all of the smaller wedding tasks as necessary.
